The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) is the professional association for individuals responsible for generating philanthropic support for a wide variety of nonprofit, charitable organizations.
AFP advances philanthropy in society by enabling people and organizations to practice effective and ethical fundraising. The core activities through which AFP fulfills this mission include education, training, mentoring, research, credentialing, and advocacy. AFP members and affiliates enable people and organizations to better serve diverse communities and the Association as a whole.

The AFP Foundation for Philanthropy and the AFP Central New York Chapter are proud to offer the Chamberlain Scholarship Program for the 2009 International Conference on Fundraising. The conference will be held in New Orleans March 29-April 1, 2009 and is a wonderful opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in fundraising. We invite you to apply for AFP International's $500 scholarship named in honor of Ralph E. Chamberlain, CFRE. The CNY chapter will match this with $500 for a total scholarship of $1,000 to this conference. |
